The opening episode for “The Shield,” now entering its seventh and final season, is so angry and filled with testosterone-induced rage that fans will either have to hit the gym afterward or have a cup of chamomile tea.

The documents also indicate that in November 2006, a shipment of Testosterone, Testosterone Aqueous, and Oxandrolone (an oral steroid) were sent to Adrian Findlay, an alternate on the Jamaican Olympic team in the 400-meter hurdles. The drugs were sent to a North Carolina address that traces to Findlay; the birth date on the document matches the athlete’s as well. Findlay, 25, was also a member of the Jamaican team that placed second in the 4×400 meter relays at the 2008 World Indoor Championships. Findlay attended St. Augustine’s College in Raleigh, N.C.
Hot Cars Make Women and Men Hot
A study commissioned by motor insurer Hiscox tested men’s and women’s responses to the roaring engines of three luxury cars, in addition to an everyday vehicle.
The 40 participants listened to the recordings of a Maserati, a Lamborghini and a Ferrari, along with a Volkswagon Polo, before having a specimen of their saliva collected.
Researchers then looked at the testosterone levels secreted in each person’s saliva.
This is because loud noises, such as the revving of an engine, is likely to have an arousing effect on an individual’s physiology - but this could be pleasant or unpleasant.
By measuring levels of testosterone, a hormone which indicates arousal, the study was able to measure the car’s stimulating effects.
The results showed 100% of female participants had a significant increase in testosterone secretion after listening to the Maserati - compared to only half for the men.
The gents fared better at the sound of the Lamborghini, with 60% showing an increase in testosterone.
And if it is an everyday car you are hoping to impress the ladies with, perhaps think again.
All the women that took part in the survey had a decreased level of testosterone in reaction to the Polo.

I read a story about a girl names Debbie that now weighed 93 bounds. She was 125. This is an excert from her story about anorexia:
Her mother wondered if Debbie was taking diet pills, but didn’t have to wonder for long. Debbie admitted that she regularly bought over-the-counter diet pills to try to kill her appetite or to burn up more calories. She knew this gave her more energy, but the effect on her appetite was only brief, and the pills did make her more irritable.
Her mother ran to the medicine cabinet in Debbie’s bathroom to confiscate whatever diet pills she might find. A secondary discovery was a package of laxatives. Debbie admitted she used laxatives whenever she felt bloated or thought she had swollen up from eating too much.
Diet pills serve a legitimate function, but this is abuse. Get help or at leats accept help from someone that loves you.
